It's within a walking distance (only three blocks) from the Pacific Ocean beaches and the “Parque del Amor” (Park of the Love), to 900 meters of the J.W Marriot Hotel, and “Larcomar” which is a famous tourist center known for its of amusement and entertainment, surrounded by Coffee-Shops (wireless connection), Restaurants, Clubs/Bars, Cinemas, Casinos, Shopping Mall, Night Life, Supermarkets, Residential Areas, Commercial Areas, Internet booths, etc.
The bedroom has a king size bed with ample room closed as well as two sofas bed in the living room. Also, it has a dining table fit for four people and balcony, one bathroom with bathtub, shower, cold and hot water. Refundable security deposit USD $200.00
We can arrange to pick you up at Lima Airport upon your request. Rate USD $20.00 per trip.
