On 300 m2 of the 2 flats can live until to 8 persons. All rooms are attached at an oil central heating. 2 well equipped kitchens, 2 cosy living rooms with cheminées, SAT- TV- VIDEO plant, radio, Hifi stereo with cartridges and CD-Player, telephone, 4 modern bedrooms, 2 bath rooms with lavabos, WC-toilets and showers, washing machine, 3000 m2 garden with the 2 covered outdoor verandas with tabels and 3 grill places. he 300 year old premises of the estate have recently been renovated. Adults like the quiete place as much as the children and the dogs. Grand Biolay is 3 km far away from the pictorial old part of town Romenay with service public. There there are many sports sites as sand tennis court, Boule- football field and historical buildings. In the proximity the motorway connections are after Châlon and Macon (1/2 autohour) Lyon and Beaune. Wineyards and wonderful landscapes with hills, corn fields, sunflower fields, nature parks "Trüchère" for to observe the wildlife, caves, rivers (Saône and Seille) and ponds invite to moving. The nearest natural bath lake is 20 autominutes far away. The Poulet -, the Charolais beef and the wine are famous. Both culturally and historically the Bresse offers much; Churches, palaces, museums. For bicycle routes 5 bicycles are available for the low traffic roads in the healthy countryside. The many restaurants have something for each taste. For example: Boeuf-Beef, mushrooms, cheese, poulets, snails etc.. Burgundy is called;" takes off, dreams and lives like as God in France "!
