Description:
Casay is a small peacefully barangay between Argao and Delaguete. The Argao beach club was the favorite place for Marco.
The size is 1000m2 and its titled in the name of my wife Evangeline. We buy this lot at 2000 and start to build our house in 2003 it was finished march 2004.
The Building:
I designed the house with one of the best CAD tools and the target was to design a well functionally
open , bright, house with big rooms and with separate living areas downstairs and upstairs. The construction was a hard time and it was needed to change hot and cold water and the waste water system. The house is now 4 Years old and all is well function.
We are living in the house until it is sold out. There is a split type aircon in the living area and master bedroom, but we use this only in the really hot summer month ( the wind from the beach and the high rooms and the well isolated roof works), the kitchen is a modern electric European style kitchen. In the dressing room there is a slide for the dirty clothes. Lingerie with washing machine downstairs.

The flooring area upstairs is 14 to 21 = 294 m2 without stairs
The terrace in front is 48 m2
The flooring area down is bigger then up so all in all more than 600 m2
