I can be flexible with the dates. House has cable, phone, wireless high speed internet, etc. You are responsible for the utilities; however, you do not need to setup the accounts. It is a 4 bedroom house, I am looking to rent out the master, second bedroom, and perhaps a 3rd bedroom for the right renters (I do not want to rent all of the bedrooms to assure not many people are living in the house). Two or three roommates or small family would be OK. You will be the only renter as I will use the 3rd and/or 4th bedroom for storage. House Features:
House is completely furnished with beds, dressers, couches, entertainment system, all plates, cups, pots/pans, linnens, etc.
Must see the backyard to believe it. We have a putting green, chipping pad, and grassy "fairway" area. New jacuzzi with stereo system, full size horseshoe pit, screened in patio area, nice BBQ, and much more (including plenty of play toys for young kids, if needed).
Two community pools and several community tennis courts
Remodeled kitchen with EVERYTHING to cook (including lots of food!)
Regular side-by-side refrigerator and full-size "drink" refrigerator (you need it for summer in Arizona!)
